Ocean Informatics are offering a 2 day comprehensive training course on openEHR clinical content modelling. It will provide an opportunity to become familiar with the open EHR architecture and its use for clinical modelling via archetypes and templates, including:
- tooling demonstrations;
- leveraging openEHR models with complementary use of SNOMED CT;
- semantic querying; and
- terminology subset management.
There will also be a focus on the open EHR Clinical Knowledge Manager as a model governance tool and engaging clinicians in the collaborative review of clinical models for EHRs.
The course will provide the foundation knowledge for participants to begin to develop and use archetypes and templates and insight into the available tools to support open EHR model development and implementation.
Who should attend?
This course is suitable for anyone interested in obtaining an introduction to open EHR and standardising clinical content. We specifically encourage clinicians and others without a technical background to attend. It assumes no prior knowledge of open EHR.
